Description
Shelton Hall is a timber-frame house situated on a moated site, which was encased in brick during the 18th century and is painted. The building features a steep hipped roof covered with black glazed pantiles and consists of two storeys and an attic with five bays. It has two and three-light casement windows and three dormers with cambered heads. To the right of the center is a pilastered doorcase that holds a panelled door, accompanied by a late 19th-century wooden porch. There is an 18th-century brick wing on the north-west side, which is single-storey with an attic, as well as a 19th-century addition on the south-west side.
