Description

The Grange Farmhouse is an early 17th century timber-frame house that has been plastered. It features a long range with a steep peg-tile roof and gabled ends. The south-west end is faced in brick, and the stepped gable has been rebuilt. There are two brick chimney stacks located to the right and left of the center. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a long five-window range that includes 18th and 19th century casements as well as modern ones. A central two-storey gabled porch is present, which has a 19th century glazed door. At the rear, opposite the porch, there is a short two-storey gabled wing.
