Description

Old Rose and Crown Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-framed house that has been plastered, with the ground floor faced in red brick from the 20th century. It features a steep gable-ended roof covered with modern tiles. A brick chimney stack is located at the north-east end, which is now encased in an 18th-century extension that has a lower pitched pantile roof. There is also a late 19th-century addition at the north-east end. The farmhouse has two storeys and a four-window range, with 19th-century and modern casements.
