Description

The Red Lion Public House is a 17th century timber-frame house located on the south-east side of Needham High Street. The building is plastered and features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends. There is an off-centre brick chimney stack. It has two storeys and an attic, with an attic window situated in the gable end. The windows are modern two and three-light casements. A 19th century pilastered doorcase is positioned in front of the chimney stack.
