C18, 2 storey, 2 windows. Brick, colourwashed. Cope, 1st floor band. Near flush frame sash windows with glazing bars, and deep flat arches. Lead rainwater head and fall. 6-panel door, left, with divided fanlight, in Doric case with triglyphs above fluted half-columns. Front garden with steps up, and cast-iron balustrade on retaining wall.
