Description

The coach house located north-east of Channonz Hall was built between 1721 and 1724 by John Buxton, an amateur architect. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with a stepped gable at one end and a hipped roof at the other. The building has a brick dentil eaves cornice and stands two storeys tall with three bays. The first floor contains three small windows, while the ground floor has segmental-headed openings, including a central doorway and a blocked window on each side. Additionally, there is a one-storey and attic wing at the south end, also made of brick and featuring a stepped gable.
