Description

Jetty House is a house located on Damgate Street in Wymondham. It features a facade from the late 18th century, although it likely has an earlier core. The building is constructed of whitewashed brick and has a pantile roof. It stands two storeys tall and has a flint plinth course. The entrance is a central 20th-century glazed door set in a late 18th-century reeded case. On either side of the door, there is one three-light casement window with glazing bars, and above, there are two similar casements. The roof is gabled, with an internal gable-end stack on the south side and a north gable stack positioned east of the ridge on the front roof slope. The interior has not been inspected but is expected to be of interest.
