Description

Brook Farmhouse is a cottage dating from the 17th century or earlier, featuring many later alterations. It has a plastered timber-frame construction and a thatched roof with gabled ends. The building is two storeys high and includes a central modern timber-frame canted bay that extends over two storeys, topped with a gable and overhanging eaves. The windows are casements with leaded panes. On the right-hand (north) end, there is a later or modern addition with a tiled roof and a gabled porch. On the left-hand (south) end, there is a glazed conservatory.
