Description

Rectory Cottage is probably a 17th-century timber-frame building. It has a steep, plain tile roof with gabled ends. The first floor has two small 4-light casement windows from the 19th century. The ground floor has two larger, modern casement windows. A brick chimney stack is located at the rear. A 19th-century plastered addition extends from the right-hand end. This addition is two storeys with a lower-pitched pantile roof and a gabled end. It features a late 19th or 20th-century casement window on the first floor and a modern glazed door on the ground floor.
