Description

The White Homestead is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed brick and features a thatched roof with a lobby entrance plan. The building stands two storeys tall and has a plinth course made of flint and brick. The central entrance is a 20th-century door. There is a platband at the first floor level, and the windows are 19th-century cross casements, either two or three lights in size. The ground floor has three windows, while the first floor has four. The roof is gabled with a central ridge stack and small kneelers at the gable parapets.
