TG 2308 SW SURREY STREET (north-east side) 23/838 - Forecourt wall and balustrade to Norwich Union Offices. GV II Forecourt wall, 1904 by G. J. Skipper. Clipsham stone. Columns with urns at each end. 4 piers, each with bronzed lamp standard and torch shade are flanked by a balustrade. Although not attached to the main building the forecourt wall is an integral vizual part of the Grade I, Norwich Union Offices (q.v.)
