Description

No. 6 Coslany Square is a former counting house for Anchor Brewery, now converted into maisonettes. It dates from the mid-19th century and features painted brick construction with a slate roof. The building is L-shaped and has two storeys, with three first-floor windows arranged on a symmetrical gable front. The entrance consists of panelled round-headed double-leaf doors framed by a rusticated architrave. The windows on the ground floor are large-paned sashes set beneath flat gauged brick arches. Notable architectural details include a dentilled cornice and a pediment.
