Description

No 27 is a cottage dating from the 18th century, located on Wells Road. It is constructed of wild flint with brick dressings and is whitewashed. The roof is covered with red pantiles. The building is one storey with attics and was originally two cottages.

The front features two 19th-century plate glass sash windows with brick arches and quoined surrounds. There is also a 19th-century boarded door, which has a brick arch and quoins. The cottage has two dormer windows with ashlar and glazing bars. On the south gable, there are two sash windows with glazing bars.
