Description

A farmhouse dating from circa 1800, situated in Happisburgh, Norfolk. The building is constructed of brick with a roof of black glazed pantiles. It consists of two distinct builds, the eastern portion dating to circa 1800 and comprising three bays, with a later extension to the west added in the early 19th century. The eastern section features a central panelled door beneath a five-vaned fanlight. Sash windows with glazing bars are set beneath gauged skewback arches. To the left of a square, 20th-century extension, a segmental-headed ground floor sash window with glazing bars sits alongside a square-headed sash window above. The roof is bell-gabled, with internal gable end stacks and a ridge stack at the junction of the two building sections.
