Description
No 19 in Market Place is an early 19th-century building with a painted brick front that likely covers earlier timber framing. It has a black-glazed pantile roof with gabled ends and a moulded eaves cornice, and it stands two storeys tall. The first floor features four windows: three are sashes with glazing bars, and one is a two-light casement with glazing bars. The ground floor has a 19th-century pilastered shop front with a cornice and a small fixed light window on the right.
