Description

Nos 1 and 3 Church Plain is a building dating from 1793. It is a two-storey structure featuring three flush frame sash windows on the first floor, which now have only central glazing bars. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a first-floor band. It has a pantile roof.

On the ground floor of No 1, there are two flush frame sash windows with segmental heads, also now with only central glazing bars. The entrances have segmental heads as well. No 3 has a former shop window with a wooden case and a plinth.

Nos 1, 3, and 7 form a group.
