Description
Potter's Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the first half of the 19th century. It features red brick walls and a roof made of black glazed pantiles. The building is two storeys high with three bays, and there is a single-storey outshut at the rear. The sash windows are set under rubbed brick cambered arches and include glazing bars. The doorcase, which is from the early 19th century, has been altered and features a part-glazed door. There is a monogram of the Earl of Leicester from the Holkham Estate with the date 1922, which is an insertion. The farmhouse also has a dentil cornice, brick-coped and parapetted end gables, each with a chimney stack.
