Description
St Augustine's at The College of Clergy is a building dating from the 16th or 17th century, constructed of stuccoed brick. It features a steep pantile roof with coped gable ends and brick end walls, and it stands two storeys high. The first floor has four widely spaced sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor windows have been blocked. An off-centre early 19th-century doorcase is adorned with moulded pilasters and an entablature that includes a deep cornice. The door itself is flush-panelled with the top panels glazed.
