Dale Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse located on the north side of Stalham Road in Sea Palling. The building features roughcast and colourwashed brick, with flint and brick at the rear, and is topped with a thatched roof. It has one storey and a dormer attic. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door set in a timber case that includes pilasters and a flat hood. There is a 19th-century casement window on each side of the door. The gabled roof has two eyebrow dormers and 20th-century casements. Internal gable end stacks are present, and the gable heads are supported by simple kneelers.
