Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building. It is a two-storey structure with a red brick front and a low-pitched pantiled roof, incorporating a small eaves soffit. The first floor has three sash windows, each with a gauged flat arch and glazing bars. The entrance is a segmental arch with a six-panel door, a fanlight, and a delicate ironwork porch featuring a metal hood. The building forms a group with the Council Depot and its walls.
