Description
The bridge and lodge over the path linking Lodge Plantation with the Abbey grounds is a late 19th-century structure that incorporates medieval materials from The Priory. It is built of flint with stone dressings and features an ironed bridge with a parapet. The remains of a small lodge are included in the design, with the wall facing the road showcasing a cornice, parapet, and blind arches, as well as panels of knapped flint.
