This building is a former saddler's shop with an adjoining cottage to the west, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed brick and features a thatched roof. The structure is one storey high with a dormer attic. On the ground floor, there are four sash windows with glazing bars, and to the right, there is a 20th-century shop front.
