Description

The House, built in 1793, is an early 19th-century, two-storey building made of stucco that is lined and painted. It features two sash windows on each floor at the west side, which have a near-flush frame and now only have centre glazing bars. The roof is hipped and covered with pantiles. The entrance is set on a splay and has double doors with a divided fanlight above. On the return, there are sash windows and one casement window at the ground floor.

All the listed buildings on the west side of The Buttlands form a group, including the adjoining Yew Tree House.
