Description

The Homestead is an early 19th-century, two-storey building located on the west side of The Buttlands. It features a stucco exterior that is lined and painted. On each floor, there are two nearly flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance is highlighted by a wood doorcase that includes roundels, and the building has a toothed eaves band.
