Description

Glencoe House is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of The Buttlands. It is two storeys high and features a rendered and pebbledash exterior. The first floor has two flush frame sash windows, which retain their glazing bars in the upper sashes. On the ground floor, there are splay bay windows on each side. The entrance is marked by a central six-panel door, sheltered by a wooden porch supported by Doric columns. The building also has a wide eaves soffit with shaped brackets. Glencoe House is part of a group of listed buildings in The Buttlands, which includes Yew Tree House and an adjoining house.
