Description

This is a lychgate cottage from the early 18th century, constructed of rendered and colourwashed brick with a thatched roof. The building is one storey high with a dormer attic. The entrance door is located to the left of centre, sheltered by a 20th-century gabled porch. There are 20th-century casement windows on both the left and right sides of the door. Additionally, there is a casement window set into the eaves beneath the thatched dormer, which is also positioned to the left of centre. The gabled roof features gable heads supported by primitive kneelers, and there is an internal stack on the north gable. At the rear, there is a flat-roofed single-storey extension that was added in the 20th century.
