Description

No. 18 St James' Street is a shop and flat built in the late 18th century. The building is constructed of rendered and colourwashed brick and features a pantiled roof. It has two storeys and a dormer attic, with a 20th-century glazed shopfront. On the first floor, there are two horned sash windows separated by a blind window. A brick cornice runs along the parapet, and the gabled roof has one sloping dormer. The building also has internal gable-end stacks, both of which have been cut down.
