Description

The stable and coach house, built around 1830, is located immediately north of The Old Rectory in Strumpshaw. This small structure is made of red brick and features a hipped pantiled roof. It has a large square-headed double door opening and two casement windows that have 'Y' tracery and glazing bars. The stable entrance is marked by an elliptical arch. A chimney stack is positioned along the ridge line. This building is included for its group value with the nearby Old Rectory.
