Description

The building is an outbuilding located immediately south-west of Buxton Lodge. It dates from the 18th century and was originally used as a stable and cart lodge. The structure is made of red brick and features a pantiled roof. It has one and two storeys, with two lunette windows and a stable door that includes a semi-circular fanlight. There are also double doors leading to the coach house and one window on the first floor. The north gable is parapeted. This outbuilding is included for its group value with Buxton Lodge.
