Description
Old Hall Farm House is an early 17th-century farmhouse that has undergone significant alterations. It is constructed of red brick and flint, topped with pantiled roofs. The building has two storeys and attics, with a single-storey link to the eastern farm. The central block is symmetrical, featuring 2½ storey bays with crow-stepped gables, which were likely rebuilt in the 19th century. The windows are timber mullion and transom types, with four lights on the ground and first floors, and two lights in the attic. The house has stepped gables and internal gable chimneystacks. The east gable is made of flint and has blocked windows with brick jambs and dripmoulds. There is a moulded brick stringcourse at the rear. The east wing also has stepped gables and 19th-century timber mullion and transom windows. A brick plaque inscribed with "WB" is present on the building.
