Description

The Dell Farmhouse is an 18th-century building with early 19th-century additions. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and stucco, with pantile roofs. The south facade is symmetrical, featuring sash windows with architraves and glazing bars, and drip moulds above the window openings. A central bay window has a hipped slate roof. There are two chimney stacks. The west gable has a parapet and coping, while projecting bays with castellated parapets are present on both the east and west gables. A lean-to conservatory is on the east side of the house. A two-storey earlier range extends to the north, with casements, including one iron casement with cusped tracery.
