Description
Dorset House North Side comprises an early 19th century pair of houses. The buildings are constructed of red brick with a hipped roof; the west side is slated, while the east side has pantiles. The houses are two storeys high, with sash windows with glazing bars. There is a five-window front, with the end bays slightly projecting. Rusticated corner pilasters and door surrounds are present. A brick string course runs at first-floor level. Three chimney stacks are situated on the east of the roof ridge line. A later slated lean-to has been added on the west side, featuring modern casement windows.
