ROUGHAM Dovecote to Rougham Hall

GV II*

Dovecote. c.1690 by Hon. Roger North. Coursed flint with brick angle pilasters and thatched roofs. Octagonal in plan on the exterior, circular on the interior. One doorway and one 2-light mullion window. Conical roof and a ball finial. Interior filled with approx 936 brick nesting boxes.
