Description
Reymerston Hall is a house built around 1800, constructed of brick and topped with a black pantile roof. The building has an approximately square plan and stands two storeys tall. Its three-bay facade is highlighted by three giant pilasters with moulded capitals. The ground floor features rubbed brick segmental arches and tri-partite sash windows with glazing bars. A panelled front door is flanked by glazing and topped with a segmental fanlight that has radiating glazing bars.
An open porch, which is three-centred in plan, consists of two free-standing columns and two engaged columns with upright leaf capitals. These support a Doric frieze adorned with triglyphs, a horizontal cornice, and mutules. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches, with the central window flanked by niches that have rubbed brick semi-domes. The cornice features shaped brackets, and the roof is hipped.
