Description

This cottage, located at the junction of Bridge Street and Broadmoor Road, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of clay lump rendered on a plinth made of flint and brick, topped with a gabled pantile roof. The building has two storeys and features a symmetrical facade with a central door flanked by one cross casement window on each side, all of which have hood moulds on labels. On the first floor, there are two additional casement windows. The gable ends of the roof are adorned with bargeboards. The north gable wall also includes two cross casements, which are similarly placed under hood moulds on labels.
