Description

Caudle Green Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1800. It is constructed of brick and features a roof made of black glazed pantiles. The facade is symmetrical, with a central door that is panelled and has a rectangular overlight above it. On either side of the door are wide sash windows, and above, there are three smaller sash windows on the first floor, all of which have glazing bars and are set beneath an interrupted string course. The upper windows are topped with gauged lintels. The eaves cornice is dentiled, and the roof has a bell-based gable with a coped parapet and internal end stacks. There is a west extension that was added in the mid-19th century, which has 20th-century windows and a roof of red pantiles.
