Description

This house, located immediately east of Spinky Den and the Cottage in Shipdham, dates from the 15th to the 18th century. It features a rendered timber frame with a masonry west gable-end made of coursed brick and flint, displaying tumbling-in. The building is one and a half storeys tall and has a facade with four 19th-century two-light casement windows and a part-glazed panelled front door. The east gable shows the remains of a two-light mullion window, and there are gable-end stacks on the exterior of the east side. There are extensive outbuildings made of brick and clay lump at the rear, which are not of special interest.
