Description
The Grange is a red brick house built in the 18th century and early 19th century, featuring an L-plan rear extension. It has a slate roof at the front and steeply pitched old tile roofs at the rear. The house stands three storeys tall and has recessed sash windows, with four on the ground floor—two of which are canted bays—three large windows on the first floor, and four on the second floor. The centre of the building slightly projects and includes a pedimented doorcase with an architrave surround, a triglyph keyblock, and scrolled brackets. The eaves cornice is also supported by scroll brackets.
