Description
The barn and outbuildings located to the north of Hyde Lane Farm House date from the 18th and 19th centuries. They feature a timber frame construction that is weatherboarded, with some yellow stock brick additions. The roofs are tiled, with some areas using machine tiles. The buildings are arranged in a T shape. The range closest to the house has three or four bays, is weatherboarded, and includes a door and two light casements facing the house. There is a one-bay brick addition with a gable facing the road, situated two doors away from the house. To the left, there is a low two-bay brick open-fronted range with buttresses facing the road. To the right, a taller three-bay structure made of stock brick faces the road and has two large openings facing the house, topped with a hipped roof. These buildings are included for their group value.
