Description

The Priory is an early 19th century country house, originally a single residence but now divided into two dwellings. It is constructed of grey brick with a low-pitched Welsh slate roof. The south garden front is cement rendered. The house is two storeys high and features a cornice and angle pilasters. The ends are segmentally bowed, with a 1:3:1 sash window pattern. Ground floor end windows have three lights with wooden mullions. The entrance front has an eight-panelled door and a traceried fanlight, set within a Doric porch featuring mutules and an open pediment. The property forms a group with Nos 1 and 2, and Priory Cottage.
