Description
Glebe House is an early 18th century house of two storeys, situated on Watling Street. It has a central section beneath a moderately pitched tiled roof, with narrower wings that are cross-gabled and hipped on the north side. The house is constructed of painted brick. The window arrangement is irregular, comprised of some early 19th century windows, one featuring Gothic glazing bars, all set within gauged, flat brick arches. Other windows retain 18th century segmental arches. All windows are in near-flush, moulded frames. A recessed door on the north front features a moulded wooden frame and flat hood.
