Description
The stable block at Lawrence End is a pair of L-shaped stable blocks built around 1841 in the late Georgian style. They are constructed from red brick and feature a slate hipped roof. The buildings are single storey with concealed attics, and each block consists of five bays. The central sections project and have pediments with arched openings. On either side of the central lobby, there are two camber-headed sash windows set in relieving arches. The eaves cornice is moulded and includes modillions at the centre. The doors to the stables are located on either side of the central lobby.
