Description
Barleybeans Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid or late 17th century, with an 18th century brick front that is painted white. The gable ends are roughcast and feature large external chimney stacks, with the right stack having two square shafts in regular stretcher bond. The building is two storeys high and has three 3-light casement windows, with the ground floor windows having segmental heads. There are two timber frame bays, and inside, there are chamfer-stopped bearers and a fireplace lintel. At the rear, there is a central projection that dates from the 18th or 19th century.
