Description
This is an aisled barn located about 25 meters east-north-east of the Manor Farm House, dating from the 17th or 18th century and reroofed in the 19th century. It features a timber frame on a brick base and is weatherboarded. The roof is made of corrugated asbestos, with a steep pitch over the single aisle facing the road and a shallower pitch over the yard. The barn has three bays, with central double doors leading to the yard and a small door facing the road. Inside, there are jowled posts with braces supporting the tie beams, which have been renewed above the wall plates. This barn is included for its group value.
