No. 35 on Hitchin Street is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick with a hipped tiled roof featuring a carved cornice. The structure has two storeys and an attic, with two sash windows that have glazing bars and flat arches on the ground floor. There is a box dormer above. The entrance boasts a six-fielded panelled door set within an architrave surround, topped by a pulvinated frieze and cornice supported by consoles.
