Description

Staddle Barn, located about 35 meters east-north-east of the Manor Farm House, is an 18th-century timber-framed granary that is weatherboarded. It features a steeply pitched corrugated asbestos roof and consists of three bays supported by three sets of five stone staddles. There are doors leading to the yard on both the long side and the gable end, with steps leading up to them. Inside, the barn has jowled posts with arched braces supporting the clasped purlin roof. This building is included for its group value.
