Description

Nos 17 and 19 on High Street are a pair of buildings that were refronted in the 19th century, although they are based on an earlier structure. The exterior is finished in stucco, and the roof is covered with old tiles, featuring two curlicue dormer surrounds. The buildings are two storeys high with attics, and they have 19th-century shop windows on the ground floor, along with four sash windows set in reveals on the first floor. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 7 to 13 (odd) and 17 to 25 (odd).
