House. 1904 incised on datestone in porch. By Sir Bannister Fletcher. Roughcast brick. Grey-green slate hipped roof. Arts and Crafts Style. 2 storeys and attic. 3 bay front. Ground floor: small 4 light stone mullioned window to centre with recessed entrance attached to left under segmental skeleton arch. Flanking bays have semi-circular bows with 8 light glazing bar casements under a moulded timber cornice continuing over central bay. First floor: casements break eaves and have moulded timber cornices, central 6 lights with 4 lights forming triangular bracketed oriel, flanking 5 light windows. Battered buttresses at ends of front wall. Sweeping hipped roof, over-hanging eaves with boarded soffits. 4 light central dormer. Stack on front pitch to right of centre and end stacks linked to hips, larger to left, all stepped up and with exposed brick caps. Rear elevation: 3 light loggia window with decorative timber frame. Later link to garage block to left. Interior not inspected.
