The building is two storeys high and constructed of red brick with black headers, and it is semi-detached. It is situated on a bank next to the road, facing west. The roofs are hipped and covered with slate, featuring plastered eaves soffits and external gable chimneys. At the rear, there is a narrow two-storey wing. The ground floor has segmental arches and sash windows with 6/6 panes. In the centre, there are two round-arched doorways with recessed four-panel flush beaded doors. The first floor has sash windows with 6/6 and 8/8 panes. The building is located on an important site within the Conservation Area and is included for its group value.
