Description
The granary at The Old Rectory, located 140 meters to the southwest of the house at the corner of Church End, is an 18th-century structure. It features a timber frame that is dark weatherboarded and has a steep hipped roof made of old red tiles. The granary is supported by red brick piers that have projecting stone caps. There is a stuccoed brick stair at the eastern end. This single-storey rectangular granary is raised on three by four piers and has a plank door in the middle of the eastern end. Two windows have been added to the southern face. It is the only remaining building of College Farm, which burned down in the early 20th century.
